HR Manager will be responsible for: people management, all legal HR aspects and procedures and policies implementation in:
- identifying recruitment needs and recruitment process management
- training and personnel development management
- implementation and realization of Corporate procedures and policies
- realization of Corporate HR strategy
- development of remuneration and motivation systems
- managing HR, compensation & benefits budget
- personnel affairs and payroll administration management
