Requirements: - Higher education (Social, Pedagogic, HR or related ) or equivalent in working experience;- 3 years experience within the HR field (or 4 years IKEA management experience);- Excellent knowledge in Russian labor law;- Fluency in English;- A clear understanding of the IKEA HR Idea and a passion for IKEA values;- Interest in home furnishings.Capabilities & Motivation: - Ability and willingness to coach, support and develop others;- Very high communication and relationship skills; - A strong self drive and ability to take initiatives;- Good organizational skill;- Ability to foresee and respond to current and future business needs;- Ability to use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with IKEA’s core values;- Develop and maintain relationships and confidences with all levels;- Be a dynamic and action oriented team player.
