Обязанности:

The main purpose of the function is to establish, maintain and update HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people.
Main assignment:
- Be a partner to managers in implementing and carrying out co-worker related activities and processes in order to achieve assigned Business & People goals;
- Coach, advise, update and train managers/co-workers in all HR related policies, procedures and programs;
- Support co-workers in questions related to employment and development within IKEA;
- Contribute to leading HR initiatives to attract, retain and motivate coworkers;
- Contribute into creating an environment where the IKEA culture is a living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and the market;
- Take responsibility for /participate in projects and other tasks within the HR field as assigned.

Requirements: - Higher education (Social, Pedagogic, HR or related ) or equivalent in working experience;- 3 years experience within the HR field (or 4 years IKEA management experience);- Excellent knowledge in Russian labor law;- Fluency in English;- A clear understanding of the IKEA HR Idea and a passion for IKEA values;- Interest in home furnishings.Capabilities & Motivation: - Ability and willingness to coach, support and develop others;- Very high communication and relationship skills; - A strong self drive and ability to take initiatives;- Good organizational skill;- Ability to foresee and respond to current and future business needs;- Ability to use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with IKEA’s core values;- Develop and maintain relationships and confidences with all levels;- Be a dynamic and action oriented team player.
