Обязанности: 

Main assignment:
- Actively work with simplification of current processes and system solutions;
- Be contact person and participate in operational/tactical/strategic discussions concerning the processes/parts of processes within the area of responsibility;
- Compile development needs within the process as well as take part in the prioritization and decision making of improvements;
- Act as a project leader within the area of responsibility;
- Keep updated Logistics set-up document and other documentation within the area of responsibility;
- Act as support for team leaders in developing their respective functions/processes;
- Drive/support the change management process;
- Lead/participate in and/or represent us in different transboundary pre-studies about

Требования к кандидату
Образование: 
высшее
Опыт работы: 
от 3 лет

Requirements:
- University degree (i.e. Logistic, IT) or corresponding work experience;
- Experience from working with projects and experience from project management;
- High competence in written and spoken English is a requirement;
- Good/very good knowledge in relevant systems as well as work processes in IKEA or other companies;
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
