Обязанности:

Job description:
• Managing customer support and satisfaction projects
• Planning, conducting and performing Installations, Maintenance, Repair, Customer support & training of high-tech equipment, tools and machines for the semiconductor and factory automation industry in Russia
• Intensive travelling and field support mainly in Russia
Training/Education:
• Long term training program, domestic and international
• Web based, class room, within the factory plant, either Europe, USA or Asia
• On the job with on-site coach

Experience required:
• Certified engineer or technician in electrical engineering
• Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office)
• Very good Russian and English skills
Skills/Abilities required:
• Ability to work independently, ability to cope with pressure
• Aim oriented work, team spirit
• Very good communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Willingness to travel a lot
• Appropriate and valid driving license
