Russian subsidiary of international producer of services and solutions for the automation and optimization of industrial process plants with a 25-30 M USD business and 60-80 employees responsible for Russia and CIS countries invites a professional Accountant.

Обязанности:

Job Skills in:
- Administration and processing of all payment orders and other payment documents via online banking system
- Journalizing/uploading all cash transactions, travel expenses and other employees expenses in 1C and SAP
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports associated with employee expenses, including data for payroll purposes
- Daily coordination with bank’s currency control department concerning but not limited to transaction passports, FX deals, transit accounts clearance
- Administration and coordination of monthly I/C settlements (trading and loan;
- Preparation of monthly treasury and cash collections reports
- Administration and clearing of C&B and Employee Expenses accounts in 1C and SAP
- Review of employee expense reports for completion and compliance with local and statutory policies

University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant in an international company
Good knowledge and experience with SAP PS, MM, FI, CO and 1C ver8 is an advantage
Fluent English language (spoken and written)
Good knowledge and understanding of the banking regulations and experience with online banking systems is a must
Team player, able to work with people at all levels across the business. Able to provide training to colleagues
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results by established deadlines
